Liver Wellness Booking Cancellation Policy

FibroScan bookings made through the Liver Wellness booking site are paid in advance and at the time of booking using our payment provider, Stripe, using a Credit or Debit card.

The following cancellation policy in respect of online, pre-paid FibroScan bookings will apply:

• Online FibroScan bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled to an alternative date and time up to 24 hours in advance of the appointment date. In the event of a cancellation, the payment will be refunded minus a 2% administration fee.
• Online FibroScan bookings may only be rescheduled to an alternative date and time, if done less than 24 hours before the appointment date. No refunds can be facilitated for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
